
The RITE OF BAPTISM takes place fortnightly; Saturday at 12.00 noon and Sunday at 2.00pm
The January dates will be as follows:
Saturday 30th at 12 noon and Sunday 31th at 2.00pm
Adult Baptism and /or Reception into the Catholic Church – RCIA
The Rite of Christian Initiatian of Adults (RCIA) for those wishing
to become Catholics or are enquiring about the Catholic Faith,
meet every Thursday at the Church at 8.00pm. Please come and
join us in
our exploration of our Faith.
The Eucharist
First Holy Communion
Applicants for the Parish First Holy Communion programme should
be in Year 3 of Junior school or above, and be regularly attending
mass
in the parish. The commencement of the programme is announced
in the Newsletter ( Normally in September). If you have a child
who
will be 8 years old next year and would like to receive the first
Holy Communion, please register them for the Programme.
Confirmation Programme
For teenagers who have made their first Holy Communion and confession.
Registration for the Confirmation programme is announced every
year in the Parish Newsletter. This programme is for those
who are about
to enter into Year 9 in secondary schools.
Adults who have not been confirmed should speak to the Parish Priest.
Matrimony
Marriage Preparation
Couples must give at least six months notice to the priest.
They also require to take part in a marriage preparation
programme. Information about the programme will be given to
you by the
priest.

Sacrament of the Sick and Holy Communion at Home
Contact Fr. Richard Diala if you or one of your household
at home or has become housebound. Fr. Richard Diala, C.M. or Fr. Blaise Amadi, C.M.
one of the Eucharistic
ministers
will bring
you communion to the sick regularly. Let us know
also if you are in hospital or hospice.
